Construct a new bus maintenance facility to support the operations of the intra-terminal Wiki-Wiki bus service and the rental car bus service. Improvements will include the demolition of existing facilities and underground infrastructure within properties along Ualena Street; hazardous material abatement; potential environmental site remediation work; placement of new underground utilities; the construction of electric bus charging stations; the construction of a new bus maintenance garage; and the construction of other support facilities for the bus drivers and other maintenance facility employees.

DOT-A and design consultant completed fee negotiations.

Contract documents were sent to DOT Contracts Office for review in September 2024.

Executed contract is expected in Q4 2024.
