Construction of a new holdroom between the existing Holdrooms A and B, along with a new passenger gate and loading bridge.  Work also includes enclosure and air conditioning of the existing second level open concourse, removal of the walls and sliding doors that separate the holdrooms from the concourse, construction of an outdoor seating area and garden deck, replacement of finishes at the existing Holdrooms A and B, expansion of the aircraft parking apron, and re-striping of the aircraft parking positions to accommodate the new gate and loading bridge.

Major construction is complete.

Change order work on sewer laterals will be done within a week.

Railing change for the garden deck is being developed.
