Improvements to ticket lobbies and checkpoint queueing at courtyard area, garden courtyard, baggage claims, canopy area, general terminal areas to include but not limited to: replacing the ticketing service counters, upper windows, improving security queue lines, provide shades at the garden, and possibility of replacing the canopy structure.
